Development of Advance Cyber Capabilities and Capacity Building

The development of cyber capabilities for the early detection of Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks and Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) within the Cyber Operations framework of a Cyber Security Centre, Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), and Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT). This service focuses on safeguarding critical information infrastructures in the energy, finance, and healthcare sectors, along with other essential services as outlined by the NIS2 (Network and Information Systems Directive 2) and DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Directives. The service also foresees the development of the related cyber security skills. The service is offered free of charge and the purpose is to create the respective cluster for future initiatives with the interested parties with the purpose of research and development (R&D) projects integrating the existing capacity higher TRLs aiming deployment.
