Service description

WorkPilots provides a unique mobile SaaS approach directed at EIC Transition and EIC Accelerator innovators that work towards talent empowerment, social integration, combating unemployment, supporting NEET and other underserved groups. WorkPilots platform provides EIC beneficiaries with fast and seamless talent matching and management. The platform is a turnkey solution, that can be deployed within 10 days wherever cellular connection is available. Each project's own talent pools have been designed to foster gradient labour market and social integration. WorkPilots empowers your target audience to reach their potential. In essence, the platform delivers a custom look for each project or organisation. The selected target audience is gathered to the platform and matched with the educational/work/mentoring/communal opportunities provided by the project. The matching is seamless and managed easily through the platform. Data for reporting can be exported with one-click through a dedicated admin panel. We provide a low-risk high-reward solution that is fast to deploy, easy to use and customised in look and feel to your requirements. WorkPilots’s pricing is dependent on your project’s complexity, length, technical support requirements and modules involved.

Requirements for platform: i) project or organisation name, logo, design elements, ii) Terms and conditions of platform, iii) Agreement and signed contract including platform modules, pricing, timeframe, iv) Translated language package (if desired language not available), v) Platform ordering process and onboarding procedure fulfilled. Upon delivery of the abovementioned items, the platform can be setup in 10 working days.
