Nordic Innovators Corporate Finance ApS
Service ID:
EP230S1This service helps EIC beneficiaries bridge the gap from R&D-driven growth to private capital investment by combining equity and venture debt solutions. Through a structured, three-phase approach, the service focuses on (1) financial modelling and investor readiness, (2) strategic outreach readiness and advisory to a broad investor base - comprising HNWIs, venture capitalists, private equity, strategic investors, and venture debt providers globally - and (3) negotiation support and deal closing. During the initial stage, beneficiaries receive thorough financial simulations and guidance on crafting a professional investment memorandum. Next, a customised investor pipeline is developed, ensuring alignment with each company’s technology focus, market potential, and funding needs. Tailored support is provided in the form of CFO-as-a-service for SMEs requiring strategic financial leadership yet unable to maintain a full-time CFO. By consolidating expertise from the Nordic Innovators Group, this service offers a seamless combination of non-dilutive funding (e.g., grants) with structured equity and debt financing.
Our services are offered on a fixed-fee basis, ranging from €5000 to €50,000, depending on the scope of engagement. Alternatively, EIC beneficiaries can opt for an hourly rate of €180. All EIC beneficiaries will automatically receive a 10% discount on our services. Fees may also include a commission on secured capital, structured on a case-by-case basis and fully compliant with the EIC Code of Conduct.
The services are provided contingent on NICF due diligence process.
