ECE is an expertise and valorisation centre from Erasmus University Rotterdam. We foster entrepreneurship and innovation through: insights, i.e., applied research on (high) growth and innovation trajectories of scaleups and fast-growing companies, and the ecosystems in which they emerge and develop; skills, i.e., entrepreneurial/innovation/strategy competency development for both leadership and employees at scaleups and fast-growing companies; and connections, building and leading ecosystems and making valuable connections for our communities. Our expertise is based on years of scientific research and experience in the field e.g., with our Top 250, our yearly initiative with the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. ECE is active in several regions in the Netherlands, but is also strongly present in Europe being one of the founding members of the European Scaleup Insitute (scaleupinstitute.eu), and in Sub-Saharian Africa, Southeast Asia and Middle East.
