Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant has established a vast network of bioeconomy experts and stakeholders that partners and customers can benefit from. BBEPP aims to encourage the further development of the bioeconomy by assisting them in setting up new value chains. Pilots4u is the database, network and community of multipurpose open access pilot and demonstration infrastructures for the European bioeconomy. The database, as well as its related communities, are currently being rebuilt and expanded within the CBE-JU funded COPILOT project. The ProteInn Club facilitates innovations and accelerates the further development of a microbial protein ecosystem. It brings together all actors to contribute to a sustainable food system and circular bio-economy. ‘Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy’ is a yearly two-day event of cross-border and cross-sectoral pitching, matchmaking and networking, with the aim to link industry to innovative (biobased) technologies, innovators to investors and to create new partnerships in the biobased economy. The SAN programme addresses a critical challenge faced by many start-ups: de-risk & decrease time spent in the valley of death. By empowering them technically towards scale-up of their processes. SAN links startups with experienced independent industry leaders, providing them invaluable insights and support and helping them navigate the complex technical journey required to accelerate their path to market. EIC beneficiaries can particiapte in these activities through this service.
