The Business Design Sprint is directed to tech teams seeking a rapid enhancement to the project's commercial aspect. This service targets all EIC beneficiaries and has a duration of two to three weeks. The Business Design Sprint is structured around two or three focused workshops, customised to address the unique challenges faced by early-stage startups. Our team of experienced advisors and industry experts will work closely with EIC beneficiaries, uncovering new opportunities and strategies to help them excel in the competitive landscape. Our workshops cover a range of essential topics, such as refining business models, identifying niche markets, crafting compelling pitch decks, and devising strategies for entering new markets. Throughout the sessions, you'll have the opportunity to engage with our advisors and experts, leveraging their wealth of experience to help you navigate the complexities of the tech industry. The Business Design Sprint is the perfect solution for early-stage startups and projects looking to quickly enhance their pitch deck and strategy. With our focused, streamlined approach, we'll empower your tech team to unlock new opportunities and build a solid foundation for sustainable, scalable growth. The service is implemented in an offline, online or hybrid mode.
