StartUB! provides tailored incubation and acceleration services to help EIC beneficiaries progress from early validation to market readiness. Designed for growth-driven innovators, the programme spans 64 weeks over a two-year incubation period, guiding each venture through a personalised acceleration roadmap structured in five stages: Start, Active, Speedup, Growth, and Scale-Up. Each stage has clear objectives, including launching an MVP, achieving product design and market fit, developing the business model, creating a client acquisition plan, designing a fundraising roadmap, defining a commercialisation strategy, and establishing strategic partnerships. StartUB! also offers the possibility to belong to a dynamic coworking space shared with experienced entrepreneurs supported by the University of Barcelona community. The EIC beneficiaries gain access to a strong network of universities, investors, corporate partners, and public funding opportunities, ensuring they have the connections and resources needed to scale successfully.
