This service is designed for EIC beneficiaries who need to clarify, redefine, or innovate around a product, service, or technological solution. Through a structured Design Thinking process, we help teams align their ideas with real user needs, identify clear value opportunities, and strategically focus development. The service is applicable to startups taking their first steps with an idea, as well as companies with a solution in the validation phase that seek to refocus their proposal to improve competitiveness. The methodology includes collaborative dynamics tailored to the project’s stage, such as challenge mapping, interviews, ideation, rapid prototyping, and prioritisation. The workshop consists of 2–3 online or in-person work sessions, facilitated by experts in product design and strategic innovation. At the end of the process, beneficiaries receive a report with key conclusions and a validated action plan. This service helps innovators reduce uncertainty, make informed decisions based on real user needs, and move forward with a clear focus on viable and desirable solutions.
