This service is targeted to any EIC beneficiary that wants to protect its IP in the form of a trademark. AOMB will provide preliminary advice on the registrability of the new sign, identical screening, determine classification and amount of relevant classes for the trademark, 1st year trademark watch, report office action, report publication, report refusal on absolute grounds or incoming third party’s objections, docketing and forwarding registration certificate. The estimated duration of the service is about 4 to 16 hours (or longer depending on, for example, the complexity and amount of trademarks/designs to be filed) and can be implemented online, offline and hybrid. A digital report will be delivered to the EIC beneficiary (client) at the end of the service.
