AiF promotes technology transfer and applied R&D to benefit industry with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany. The AiF’s activities support innovators from idea to market by assistance for planning, financing, and implementing innovation projects and partnerships. More than 80 industrial research associations with more than 135,000 companies and 1,200 associated research institutes contribute to the AiF innovation network. Two AiF subsidiaries focus on innovation service (AiF FTK GmbH) and R&D program management (AiF Projekt GmbH).
