The three-month fundraising rupport service is tailored for businesses in the Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Renewable Energy, Circular Economy, Health Care, and Deep Tech sectors. This programme is designed to support early and later stage companies in developing an effective private fundraising strategy for current and future rounds, helping them maximise their efforts toward a successful funding outcome. Inveniam experts assist in developing a compelling equity narrative and a comprehensive suite of investor-ready materials, building on the company’s financial model to maximise investor appeal and readiness as follows: First, Inveniam advisors collaborate closely with clients to shape a fundraising strategy and craft a robust Equity Story, emphasising the company’s value proposition, market potential, and financial model & trajectory. Based on this analysis, Inveniam will prepare a suite of professional fundraising materials, including teasers, a non-confidential investor deck, and a confidential investors’ memorandum. Additional support includes: Structuring a secure Virtual Data Room (VDR) to streamline due diligence; Personalised coaching and multiple pitching training sessions to prepare teams for investor meetings; Delivery through one-on-one advisory sessions, document reviews, and iterative feedback loops. The service’s primary goal is to provide strategic tools, insights, and materials needed to engage effectively with investors. The expected outcome of the service is for participants to have a clearly articulated equity story, compelling market value proposition, a validated financial model and complete set of investor materials.
