Special attention is given to ownership, access rights, and exploitation obligations under EIC-funded projects. For beneficiaries working in consortia, the service includes guidance on shaping an exploitation plan that reflects the interests and roles of all partners. Targeted at companies developing or commercialising innovative solutions, this service supports strategic planning, risk mitigation, and readiness for investment or partnerships. This service delivers: 1) Advisory on identifying, protecting, and exploiting IP assets, with tailored recommendations aligned with Horizon Europe obligations, 2) Workshop session led by IP experts, covering regulatory and compliance aspects relevant to the innovation, and 3) For consortium-based projects, guidance on structuring an exploitation plan that balances joint interests and fosters long-term collaboration.
