Tailored coaching that targets companies at a growth stage, supporting them in building strong, cohesive, and high-performing teams. It can be applied to individual team member development and equally used to build collective team competencies. Via a certified Myers-Brigg practitioner, an assessment of group competencies is undertaken, followed by development of individual and collective goals aimed at building a cohesive sense of ownership which aligns with the company’s business culture, mission, and objectives. Using tools including MBTI® assessment, team SWOT analyses, trust-building exercises, and individualised skills development interviews, a solidification of essential team skills is achieved. Learnings are consolidated through the establishment of long-term objectives, including onboarding programmes, defined roles & responsibilities using the DARCI matrix, etc. thus creating a foundation for structured growth. This flexible service equips scale-ups with aligned, resilient teams ready to drive success in dynamic environments.

Financial requirements
