OCEAN.capital's fundraising methodology starts with preparing and engaging EIC-backed ventures with private investors. Over a structured 8-12-week program, OCEAN.capital's team works closely with the ventures to refine the pitch deck, fine-tune the company's data room, strengthen the financial model, and sharpen the investment narrative to ensure documentation withstands the highest level of investor scrutiny. In parallel, OCEAN.capital activates its network of deep tech-focused venture funds, setting the stage for a European roadshow that matches founders with targeted, highly compatible funds and a tailored outreach plan.
