The service may include written market access reports, country-by-country route maps, evidence-to-adoption frameworks, reimbursement-readiness assessments, pricing-risk profiles, hospital budget-risk analysis, stakeholder engagement materials, and board-ready strategic recommendations. Odelle’s approach is tailored to each technology and stage of development, including pre-CE planning, PMCF, real-world evidence generation, clinical validation, reimbursement preparation, hospital adoption and investor due diligence. The objective is to help companies define the right patient group, comparator, evidence plan, market sequence and value argument so that innovation is not only clinically promising, but also adoptable, fundable and commercially defensible.
Odelle Technology offers this business planning service on a paid consultancy basis, with no equity requirement. Standard rates are €1,250 per day or €175 per hour, excluding VAT where applicable. For EIC Awardees, Odelle offers a minimum 20% discount, reducing rates to €1,000 per day or €140 per hour. A free initial 30-minute exploratory discussion may be offered. Fixed-fee packages can also be agreed in advance depending on scope, deliverables and timelines. Fees are confirmed before work begins.
Service timelines depend on the agreed scope, availability of company information, market complexity and responsiveness of the EIC Awardee. Indicative timelines are usually 2–3 weeks for a focused business planning review and 4–6 weeks for a more detailed market access, reimbursement or commercial strategy package. Final deadlines, deliverables, responsibilities and payment milestones will be confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
