Early Warning Europe Network is a European non-profit network of organisations working to strengthen business resilience and prevent unnecessary insolvencies among viable SMEs. The network brings together national member organisations from different European countries that provide early intervention, turnaround-oriented support and resilience mentoring to companies facing financial, organisational or operational pressure.

Its common approach is based on early diagnosis, confidential mentoring, practical action planning and, where relevant, stakeholder or creditor dialogue. While member organisations differ in national setup and service models, they share a focus on helping business owners act before problems become irreversible.

The network members support more than 15,000 SMEs annually, and the Early Warning approach has been recognised as international best practice by the European Union, the OECD and the World Bank. Mentors are trained through the Early Warning Europe Mentor Academy and national mentor academies, supporting a common professional foundation across countries.

Early Warning Europe Network combines European reach with local market knowledge, making it well placed to support innovative companies that need hands-on resilience mentoring at a critical stage of development.
