Mrs Bade possesses a wealth of experience in business development, litigation, dispute resolution, and consultancy, with a specific focus on the protection and management of intellectual property rights, as well as on the facilitation, preparation, and negotiation of various commercial contracts. She has significantly contributed to the development and implementation of best practice routines and workflows for both large and smaller enterprises. Mrs Bade also provides counsel on data privacy, employment law, and corporate legal matters and holds several board positions.
