Assistance in attracting capital from investors
Path-Finder Corporate Finance
Service ID:
EP34S3Advisory service for capital raising directed to EIC Accelerator beneficiaries. This service is bridging the gap between the EIC initial financing and subsequent rounds of capital that startups need to grow at a global scale. EIC beneficiaries will have access to a matching platform between beneficiaries and investors. To maximise the output, they will get support with business plan preparation and deck preparation, as well as during online meetings and pitching. Once the proper investor is identified and the LoI is signed, capital raising experts will provide further assistance during the due diligence phase. The experts will work closely with the beneficiaries and provide assistance in negotiating financial and commercial terms and moving transactions towards closing. The implementation will be online or hybrid.
Typically Path-Finder Corporate Finance charge a success fee of 3%-5% applied to the attracted capital amounts. For EIC beneficiaries, on a case-by-case basis, is possible to negotiate discounted success fee rates and/or to accept to be paid in shares.
Please be aware that capital-raising processes are typically long ones (i.e. 6-9 months). During the implementation period of this project – until 31 December 2025 – our focus will be on supporting beneficiaries to prepare the pitch and contact investors. Assistance for subsequent stages such as LoI signing, due diligence and final negotiations might be subject to project period extension.
