This Strategic Growth and Investment Readiness Service supports EIC beneficiaries in transforming their funded innovation into a scalable, market-oriented and investor-ready business. Tailored to deep tech startups and SMEs across sectors such as Life Sciences, Sustainability and Digital Technologies, the service strengthens commercial positioning, business model robustness and financial structuring beyond the EIC project phase. The programme focuses on four core areas. First, market positioning and commercial validation, including structured market and competitive analysis, value proposition refinement, product-market fit validation and prioritisation of target segments. Second, business model and financial structuring, covering pricing logic, cost structure optimisation, multi-year financial projections and definition of a coherent funding strategy aligned with growth ambitions. Third, stakeholder mapping and ecosystem activation, leveraging PNO's extensive network of thousands of corporates, SMEs, universities, research centres and investors to identify strategic partners, early adopters and collaboration opportunities. Finally, for advanced TRL projects, techno-economic and impact validation assesses scalability, unit economics and market readiness. Delivered through structured advisory sessions and iterative feedback with the management team, the service ensures EIC-funded companies are strategically positioned for accelerated market uptake, strong partnerships and successful private capital mobilisation.

Financial requirements

The fee depends on the scope of support required and the company's level of strategic maturity. Engagements generally range between €15,000 and €35,000.
