Tailored to deep tech startups and SMEs across sectors such as Life Sciences, Sustainability, and Digital Technologies, the service strengthens commercial positioning, business model robustness and financial structuring. The programme focuses on five core pillars: 1) Market positioning and commercial validation: We assess market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer needs to refine the value proposition, validate product–market fit and prioritise high-potential segments. 2) Business model and financial structuring: We develop robust business models, including pricing strategies, cost optimisation and multi-year financial projections, alongside a coherent funding strategy aligned with growth ambitions. 3) Stakeholder mapping and ecosystem activation: Leveraging PNO’s extensive network of corporates, SMEs, universities, research centres and investors, we identify strategic partners, early adopters and collaboration opportunities to accelerate market entry.. 4)Team development: We assess team composition, identify capability gaps and define the profiles needed to build a high-performing, investment-ready organisation. 5) Techno-economic and impact validation: We evaluate scalability, unit economics and market readiness to support credible investment cases and long-term impactThe service is delivered through structured advisory sessions, interactive workshops and iterative feedback cycles, resulting in high-quality outputs such as compelling and investor-ready business plans, pitch decks and financial dashboards. We ensure data-driven insights and direct market relevance my making use of market intelligence (e.g. Wheesbee, Globaldata) and our broad network of key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
