This service will involve advising and consulting on selecting and developing a project/business development path in terms of business, legal, and technical aspects, and is addressed to projects up to TRL 5 (EIC Pathfinder and Transition beneficiaries). One or more of the stages described as follows will be selected depending on the type and the stage of the project: Investment advice on the creation of spin-off companies - startups; Advice and consulting on the choice of project development path; Identification and analysis of the commercial potential of a given solution including market analysis, competition analysis and identification of market advantage of an innovative technology/ service/ product; Analysis of trends in the area of innovation; Advising on the preparation of technology transfer agreements between the research unit, research team, and entrepreneur; Consultancy on the development path of technology including financial analysis of the various stages and risk matrix; Service performed by in-house specialists, hybrid mode. The outcome is a complete analysis allowing one to choose the path of development of a given project at a specified level of technological readiness (development of a path for further project development or project development documentation in the form of a Business Plan or/Business Model or/Development Strategy or/Target Market Analysis or/Competition Analysis or/Business Analysis of the profitability of the project).
€50 per hour.
The cost above includes the engagement of in-house experts. It does not include the access to databases and other external costs required.
