Service description

This integrated advisory service helps EIC beneficiaries prepare for fundraising by improving investor readiness and supporting due diligence processes. It combines tailored support in developing a clear investment strategy, refining key fundraising materials, and identifying suitable investors and funding opportunities. At the same time, the service offers a structured appraisal of the company’s financials, business model, market potential, legal and IP situation, and team capacity. EIC beneficiaries receive actionable advice to strengthen their position when approaching investors or preparing for negotiations. The service is adaptable to different maturity levels and sectors and supports early-stage or scale-up funding efforts. For companies already in discussions with investors, it helps anticipate due diligence requirements and address potential risks or gaps. This service supports strategic planning and risk mitigation, and helps align investment materials with the expectations of private and/or public investors. The service will deliver: 1) Advisory on investment strategy, pitch development, and investor targeting tailored to the company’s stage and sector, and 2) Support in preparing key documents (e.g., investor pitch deck, one-pager, financial model).
