Service description

The Startup Bootcamp is a 2-day acceleration service directed to EIC Accelerator, EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition beneficiaries. The goal is to learn how to develop a new and/or reinforce the beneficiary’s current business model, to see where more value can be created, to further de-risk the business model and finally to get an overview of how to concretise the business model and prepare it for implementation. These components will not only allow the beneficiary to obtain a comprehensive view of the essential building blocks of the business model, but they will also directly feed into an updated and/or developed Business Model Strategy, Go-To-Market strategy and Scale Up Strategy. The first phase consists of expert and self-evaluation on business viability and feasibility. In the second phase, the introduction of business model innovation will be central where specific building blocks pertaining to Go-To-Market and Scale Up Strategies are zoomed in on. In the third and final phase the beneficiary will be supported in applying the knowledge and insights to its business model and strategies required. The beneficiaries will be supported by selected and dedicated mentors, operators, and business experts and can be provided in the following settings; co-working space in Rotterdam, at the preferred location of the beneficiary or virtual. The Startup Innovation Bootcamp will run based on a single or multiple beneficiary’s request. EIC beneficiaries will receive a discount for the service, currently embedded in the pricing displayed.
