The Subject Matter Workshops are a 2 to 4-hour training and consultancy service directed to EIC Accelerator, EIC Pathfinder and EIC Transition innovators interested in learning more about a specific subject part of their business modelling and offering process and/or stem from a knowledge gap identified. The first part of the workshop will focus on a brief introduction of the topic selected. In the second part, an expert and self-evaluation on the viability and feasibility of the strategy will take place. Finally, together with the coach(es) the beneficiary will be activated to apply the knowledge and insights to its strategy. The results will facilitate enhanced due diligence and the derisking of the business model. A dedicated subject matter expert will facilitate the workshop and support the beneficiary in applying the knowledge and insights to the beneficiary’s strategies. A set of subject matter workshops are available: Go-To-Market Strategy, Scale Up Strategy, MVP Ideation, Investor Readiness, Strategic Marketing, Customer Journey & Insights Mapping, Brand Positioning, Exponential Leadership & Teams, Product Development, Service Design, Sales and Business Development Strategies, Technology Applications & Use-cases, Technology Maturity & Readiness Assessment, Sustainable Development Goals Framework & Roadmap, Market Scoping & Target Segmentation. This service can be provided in the following settings: co-working space in Rotterdam, at the preferred location of the beneficiary or virtual. This service will run based on a single or multiple beneficiary’s request. EIC beneficiaries will receive a discount for the service, currently embedded in the pricing displayed.
