Business Planning service
AI in Sales and Growth Marketing
Provided by Runios IT Ltd. · Hungary
Service description
Most deep-tech founders can build the product. Few can find the first ten customers who pay for it. This service closes that gap. Rollout IT builds and operates an AI-native sales and growth engine for the beneficiary, then runs it with the founding team until the first paying customers, pilots or LOIs are signed.
We do not deliver a strategy deck. We deliver a working machine: a defined ICP and beachhead market, a verified target account list, compliant outreach infrastructure, a CRM with a clean pipeline, and a set of AI agents that run every day on a schedule (signal monitoring, lead research, follow-up batches, reply classification, partner and tender monitoring, weekly pipeline review). A human always owns the relationship and the close; the agents do the repetitive work that normally eats 80% of a founder's selling time.
The methodology is the same one Rollout IT uses for its own growth across 40+ EU and US markets: signal-based targeting (hiring, funding, tech-stack and procurement triggers), multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone), strict deliverability hygiene (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, secondary domains, inbox warm-up), GDPR-aware data handling, and weekly conversion metrics from first touch to signed pilot.
What the beneficiary receives
A 12-week core programme in three phases:
Weeks 1-2, GTM Diagnostic: ICP and buyer persona definition, 2-3 beachhead segments, value proposition and objection map, pricing and pilot-offer design, competitive positioning, channel selection. Output: a one-page GTM thesis and a scorecard the whole team can execute against.
Weeks 3-6, Engine Build: target account list (typically 500-2,000 accounts, enriched and email-verified), outreach infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, authentication, warm-up), CRM setup and pipeline stages (Twenty CRM, HubSpot or the beneficiary's existing system), enrichment pipeline (Clay, Apify or API-first), sequence copy for 3 personas across email, LinkedIn and phone, reply-handling playbook, and the scheduled AI agents configured in draft mode (nothing is sent without human approval).
Weeks 7-12, Run to First Revenue: the engine goes live. Daily agent runs, daily human review of replies in a shared Slack channel, weekly pipeline review with the founders, demo and closing support for enterprise cycles, warm partner and distributor introductions from Rollout IT's EU network where relevant. Output: booked qualified meetings, pilots, LOIs and first paying customers, plus a full handover so the beneficiary owns every account, agent, prompt and playbook.
Optional extension: a monthly Growth Operations retainer for months 4-12 (agent operation, list refresh, copy iteration, deal support).
Service Format and Delivery
Remote-first, delivered in English or Hungarian (German and Vietnamese available for local outreach). Weekly working session with the founders, daily asynchronous review via Slack or Teams, shared CRM and dashboard as the single source of truth. Requires access to a founder or commercial lead for at least 3 hours per week, product and pricing information, and administrative access to the beneficiary's domain, CRM and communication tools. All agents run in draft mode first and are switched to live mode only with the beneficiary's written approval.
Important Limitations
The service builds and operates a sales engine and supports the sales process; it does not guarantee a specific number of customers, revenue, funding, investment or regulatory approval. It does not include paid advertising spend, product development, legal or tax advice, or third-party licences unless explicitly agreed. The beneficiary remains data controller under GDPR; Rollout IT acts as processor under a signed DPA. Rollout IT will not send, sign or commit on the beneficiary's behalf without explicit authorisation.
Application Requirements
Applicants must review the "Terms of Engagement for EIC beneficiaries" before submitting an application and provide consent for the use of personal information. A 30-minute scoping call precedes any fixed-price quotation.
