Rollout IT’s AI Transformation Strategy and Advisory service helps leadership teams turn fragmented AI experiments into a clear, measurable and governance-ready transformation plan. The service is designed for organisations seeking to identify where AI can create genuine business value, prioritise the most promising opportunities and define a practical path towards implementation.
Through structured consultations and process analysis, we assess the organisation’s operations, data environment, security considerations, costs, existing tools and AI maturity. Together with the beneficiary, we identify high-friction processes and evaluate potential AI use cases according to expected impact, feasibility, risk and return on investment. The service can include a prioritised AI use-case portfolio, decision criteria, an implementation roadmap, ROI assumptions, governance recommendations and a risk checklist.
Depending on the beneficiary’s needs, we may also define a focused 4–12-week execution plan or a broader 12-month AI adoption roadmap. Our approach combines business strategy with senior engineering expertise. This ensures that recommendations are not only ambitious, but technically realistic, secure, scalable and suitable for implementation. The objective is to give leadership teams decision-ready next steps, clear ownership and a practical framework for moving from AI curiosity to measurable business capability.
The service is offered on a paid basis, with no equity requirement. Pricing is determined according to the organisation's size, scope, AI maturity, number of processes assessed and expected deliverables. Our standard hourly rate ranges from EUR 150 to 300 per specialist, excluding VAT, depending on seniority and expertise required. Alternatively, a fixed project fee may be agreed following an initial consultation. The proposal specifies the scope, timeline, workshops, deliverables and total estimated cost. Any travel, third-party software, data, cloud or external specialist costs are agreed in advance and charged separately where applicable.
Service availability, delivery dates and final pricing are subject to an initial assessment and mutual agreement on the scope. The quality and accuracy of the recommendations depend on the completeness of the information provided, access to relevant stakeholders and the availability of organisational and technical data. The service provides strategic and technical recommendations but does not guarantee commercial success, regulatory approval, funding, investment or specific financial returns. Implementation services and third-party costs are not included unless explicitly agreed in the proposal.
