With the Market Validation service, we offer a customized service designed to provide startups with expert evaluation and strategic counsel for successful market entry and expansion. The service equips entrepreneurs with the knowledge and direction necessary to flourish within the competitive market landscape. The expected outcomes encompass the formulation of a comprehensive go-to-market plan, the establishment of an effective client procurement process, the refinement of the pitch deck presentation, the creation of a tailored sales funnel, the development of a pricing strategy, honing of communication skills for impactful presentations, and the crafting of strategies for cultivating partnerships and targeting key decision-makers. The service features individualized sessions, personalized mentoring, intensive coaching, or visits to potential partners. We offer both offline or online mentoring in Barcelona or Helsinki, or a hybrid approach.

Financial requirements

The whole programme, including mentories, is worth €6200. Startups can choose only specific topics with a rate/hour of €200.
