This is a two-day interactive workshop designed for EIC beneficiaries developing deep tech solutions. The goal is to validate and refine the business model, ensuring alignment with market expectations and investor requirements. Intended for startups and research teams, the workshop helps participants transition their innovative technologies into viable business models. The first day focuses on business model exploration and feedback, starting with an introduction to Business Model Canvas and Lean Canvas frameworks. Participants present their business ideas and initial models to a panel of experts, who provide feedback on strengths, gaps, and market positioning. The second day is dedicated to business model refinement and strategy development, where beneficiaries engage in co-creation exercises to improve their models based on feedback, followed by a peer review session where they refine their final pitch. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a validated Business Model Canvas aligned with market needs, a clear value proposition and market positioning, and improved presentation and investor-readiness skills. The workshop can be delivered online or onsite based on the EIC beneficiaries' needs, with support provided by dedicated business mentors and experts. It can be run for a single company or multiple beneficiaries, ensuring a tailored approach to business model validation and strategic development.
€75/hour, covering expert facilitation, workshop materials, and mentoring support. The total cost will depend on the number of participants and whether the delivery is online or onsite.
The two-day workshop will be scheduled and delivered within 30 working days from the date of contract signature.
