This service provides ongoing, individualised coaching and mentoring to EIC beneficiaries to develop and execute impactful marketing and communication strategies. Addressing the critical need for support in marketing, communication, and storytelling (as highlighted in the Needs Analysis), it guides EIC beneficiaries from value proposition creation to the development of actionable communication plans. The service includes a structured process focusing on: a) Target Audience and Key Messaging: Identifying and prioritising key audience segments (investors, partners, customers) and crafting compelling, tailored messages for each. b) Content and Channel Strategy: Developing a strategic content plan with key messages, optimised for various communication channels (digital, social media, events). c) Short, Mid, and Long-Term Planning: Creating a clear, actionable marketing and communication plan with concrete steps for the next two quarters (short-term), 1-18 months (mid-term), and beyond (long-term), ensuring sustainable growth. EIC beneficiaries will gain a clear roadmap and the tools to effectively communicate their innovation, build a strong brand, and achieve their strategic objectives. This service is essential for EIC beneficiaries seeking to scale up, commercialise, and maximise the impact of their innovations by attracting the right partners and investors, ultimately contributing to the EIC's goal of fostering European innovation.

Financial requirements

Ongoing marketing and communication coaching is available, with indicative costs as follows: bi-weekly support (two half-days) is €1920/month, or €21,000 for 12 months. These figures are indicative and a fully customised proposal outlining pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be provided. An initial discovery/vibe check call is free. A customised proposal is €480, and a service agreement is signed thereafter.
