SEE UP Incubator is a flexible, execution-driven incubation programme designed for early-stage startups, university spin-offs, and research teams developing innovations. Operated in collaboration with FEFA Faculty (Metropolitan University, Serbia), the incubator supports the transformation of early-stage concepts into scalable ventures through deep integration with academic and research ecosystems. The programme does not follow fixed cohorts or deadlines. Instead, teams are selected on a rolling basis, based on strategic fit and the incubator’s capacity to provide targeted support. Duration and intensity are adapted to each team's progress and goals, with an emphasis on execution rather than timelines. Selected participants receive tailored mentorship from academic and industry experts, access to university infrastructure, and connection to R&D centers, public institutions, and applied research projects. Activities include business model development, IP and regulatory strategy, institutional matchmaking, and preparation for early-stage fundraising. The service primarily targets startups and research teams in the digital technology, health, and education sectors, with a focus on science-driven innovation. Expected outcomes include a refined business model, a validated prototype or research application, and new institutional or investment partnerships. By bridging academia and entrepreneurship, SEE UP Incubator accelerates innovation at the intersection of research, business, and impact.
Equity-based model (customised based on startup stage and potential).
