SeedBlink provides EIC Accelerator companies with a comprehensive cap table cleanup and ongoing equity management service — designed for founders who need to consolidate a fragmented ownership structure and maintain accurate, investor-ready equity records throughout their growth journey. A fragmented cap table with many individual investor lines is one of the most common friction points flagged during Series A due diligence. SeedBlink addresses this through shareholder consolidation into its regulated nominee structure, followed by ongoing management on its equity platform.
Activities included:
- Assessment of existing cap table and identification of consolidation opportunities
- Legal coordination with existing shareholders for transfer into SeedBlink Nominee GmbH Digital KYC/AML processing and e-signing of transfer documentation
- Migration of full equity structure into SeedBlink's cap table platform, covering all share classes, SAFEs, convertibles, and option pools
- Automated calculations, real-time updates, and funding scenario simulations
- Stakeholder portal with automated reporting and document management
- Third-party validated cap table for investor credibility
Target beneficiaries: EIC Accelerator companies with fragmented cap tables from angel rounds, equity crowdfunding, or early-stage financing, preparing for institutional fundraising.
Outcome: A clean, consolidated, third-party validated cap table — fully investor-ready for Series A due diligence, with ongoing automated equity management. Format: Fully digital, delivered on a rolling basis, typical timeline 3–4 weeks.
The service is offered at a flat fee of €5,000 per engagement, covering the full cap table cleanup, shareholder consolidation into SeedBlink's nominee structure, and migration to the equity management platform including ongoing access. This is a one-time fee with no recurring charges for the consolidation process. Ongoing platform subscription fees for continued equity management may apply after the initial engagement and will be communicated separately based on company size and requirements. No equity or success fees are charged for this service.
The service is available on a rolling basis with no fixed application deadlines. EIC beneficiaries can apply at any time through seedblink.com. The typical engagement timeline is 3–4 weeks from onboarding to delivery of a consolidated, investor-ready cap table. The flat fee of €5,000 covers the consolidation process and initial platform setup. Ongoing equity management platform fees are subject to a separate subscription agreement. SeedBlink reserves the right to assess the complexity of each cap table prior to onboarding and to adjust scope accordingly.
