The service addresses one of the most common bottlenecks for deep tech founders approaching follow-on rounds: coordinating large numbers of individual investors across multiple jurisdictions, managing KYC/AML compliance, executing cross-border documentation, and maintaining a clean ownership structure readable for the next institutional lead.
Activities included:
- Setup of a private fundraising round on SeedBlink's platform within 72 hours
- Digital KYC/AML processing for all investors
- E-signing and investment contract generation
- Capital pooling through SeedBlink Nominee GmbH — an Austrian legal entity, tax-transparent, operating under Austrian commercial law, valid across all EU member states
- Real-time fundraising dashboard for tracking commitments, payments, and closing status
- Post-closing cap table administration and long-term reporting
Target beneficiaries: EIC Accelerator companies at Seed or Series A stage, raising follow-on rounds from multiple co-investors across EU member states.
Outcome: A fully closed, cross-border investment round with one clean nominee line on the cap table — typically within 2 weeks of the round opening, with no notary visits required.
Format: Fully digital, available on a rolling basis.
Pricing:
- €250 setup fee to open a round (valid for 6 months)
- 1.5% structuring fee on close (minimum €3,000)
- First 15 investors included;€50 per each additional investor from the 16th onwards
Note: for certain jurisdictions (e.g., Germany, Spain), a one-time notary fee of approximately €1,500 may apply — this is a local legal requirement, not a SeedBlink fee.
The service is available on a rolling basis with no fixed application deadlines. EIC beneficiaries can open a private round at any time through seedblink.com. Round setup is completed within 72 hours of registration. The structuring fee is due only upon successful closing of the round. Pricing is subject to change;the fees indicated reflect current standard rates at the time of application. Notary fees, where applicable, are determined by local legal requirements and may vary. SeedBlink reserves the right to assess each applicant's eligibility before onboarding.
