This service supports energy technology companies in developing a comprehensive and investor-grade financial model as the foundation for fundraising, licensing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or strategic partnerships. The service typically runs over 4–6 weeks and combines structured workshops, one-to-one QA sessions and walkthroughs. The target users are early- to growth-stage energy tech SMEs and startups. The goal is to create an integrated financial model covering P&L, balance sheet, CAPEX, cash flow as well as scenario analysis and KPI dashboards. Development of long-term profits and valuation models using market-based growth projections, DCF models and comparable transaction analysis. The model is built to be intuitive, allowing users to easily manage and modify it as needed. Activities are led by in-house financial experts with long-term experience in business planning and company valuation. Expected outcome of the service is producing a dynamic, investor-grade financial model and valuation framework supporting fundraising, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
