The fundraising support programme tailored to innovative companies in the Energy Tech sector. The programme is designed to help entrepreneurs and project developers secure dilutive funding that complements existing financing sources and enables the successful completion of a full funding round. The first phase, led by Shenion’s energy finance experts, focuses on refining the equity story, strengthening investor-ready documentation, and providing coaching to management teams. This phase also covers in-depth discussions on financial needs, valuation approaches, and long-term perspectives. The second phase involves leveraging Shenion’s extensive network of specialised clean energy and hydrogen investors (500+ industry players), arranging introductions, and supporting clients throughout investor engagement. The final phase is dedicated to securing a termsheet and advising management through negotiations with all stakeholders involved in the financing round. Throughout the programme, regular sessions with the management team ensure tailored guidance, hands-on support, and alignment at every stage of the process.
Monthly retainer fee of €3000 - €12,000 ex VAT, and Success Fee of 3-6% depending on the investment amount and services provided.
