Implementation of agile management methods for growing teams

SpinLab Accelerator GmbH

Germany

Service ID:

EP50S1
Service description
When teams grow above 10 people, e.g. with the help of EIC funding, managing teams becomes rather complicated and processes need to change, but without the risk of getting less agile due to overregulation. This service includes the implementation or optimisation of project/task management tools (Asana or Trello). To align concrete tasks and activities with the goals and objectives of startups, the OKR message will be introduced and implemented. Firstly, a workshop will be delivered to the management team to cover the methodology and discuss individual adaptions. In a second moment, Spinlab’s team experts will introduce the method to the EIC beneficiary team and guide a pilot cycle for OKR implementation of one concrete project team/department. As a result, EIC beneficiaries will learn the method, and the department that implemented it operationally will have the capabilities to become a role model and trainer for other departments. The expected duration for this service is 4 months with a digital implementation. Online implementation.
