An IPR due-diligence is important for the EIC beneficiaries in order to have an inventory of IP assets and a presentation of key ones, relevant to their business strategy. This would consist of a review of current IP assets (patents, trademarks, designs, know-how, software, IP-related agreements such as R&D agreements and/or licencing-in/out ones, etc.), and a presentation of recommendations allowing the beneficiary to implement a tailor-made IP policy, regarding its goals (fundraising, business development, etc.). The duration of such due-diligence is generally between 3 and 6 weeks depending on the scope of the due-diligence. The proposed service can be delivered remotely.
At an hourly rate of €250, adjustable according to the work to be carried out, the status of the company personnel involved, and the information received from the EIC beneficiary. Equity negotiation is possible.
Should this service require travel(s) to any other country than France and/or include costs related to such travel(s) to the EIC beneficiary’s location, a complementary billing could be requested.
