EIC Founder Growth and Ecosystem Sprint

Service description

The EIC Founder Growth and Ecosystem Sprint is a short programme cohort service designed to support EIC beneficiaries in strengthening their business model, ecosystem positioning, communication and stakeholder engagement. It is suitable for innovation teams, startups, SMEs and spin-offs that are moving from validation to market entry or scale-up.

The sprint is delivered online over four weeks and combines workshops, mentoring and peer-learning sessions. The first phase focuses on business model and value proposition review. The second phase supports go-to-market thinking, ecosystem positioning and stakeholder mapping. The third phase focuses on founder communication, pitch improvement and storytelling for partners, investors and clients. The final phase includes feedback sessions with mentors or ecosystem experts and the preparation of practical next steps.

The expected outcome is a clearer growth pathway, improved pitch narrative, better understanding of ecosystem opportunities and practical recommendations for partnerships, pilots or market access. The service uses Startup Greece's experience in startup programming, community building, mentoring and ecosystem activation.

Financial requirements

Free of charge for EIC beneficiaries for the first cohorts, subject to available places. No equity, success fee or mandatory financial commitment is required. Participation may be limited to a defined number of EIC beneficiaries per cohort to ensure quality support.
