The co-creation process at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE) is a structured, topic-agnostic model designed to foster collaboration between startups and established organisations, whether corporations, public institutions, or research bodies. This approach creates a dynamic environment where innovation can be jointly developed, tested, and brought to market faster and with higher relevance. The process begins with a preparation and alignment phase, where startups are guided through workshops to articulate their value propositions and identify strategic fit for co-creation. Parallel to this, potential partners define key challenges or innovation goals they seek to address through external collaboration. This leads to the matching phase, in which startups and partners are brought together in curated sessions to explore potential synergies. Early discussions are facilitated by experienced co-creation coaches to identify areas of overlap, define collaboration scopes, and set shared objectives. Following the match, the sounding phase allows both parties to refine the direction of their collaboration. This includes co-developing project outlines, resource planning, and assigning roles, with a strong emphasis on open communication and mutual benefit. The final step is the co-creation sprint, where joint projects are implemented with ongoing support from the SCE team. This includes regular check-ins, mentoring, and access to networks and tools that accelerate progress. SCE's co-creation process is adaptable across sectors and is especially effective for B2B and B2G innovation. It enables startups to validate and scale solutions, while partners benefit from fresh perspectives and agile innovation methods creating shared value through structured collaboration
Price per co-creation process driven by SMEs and corporates is €70,000 - €100,000 per year.
