Service description

SCE's co-creation offers focus on helping established companies innovate through structured collaboration with startups. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience within the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship, SCE supports organizations in identifying relevant innovation fields, scouting suitable startup partners, and building effective cooperation formats. The approach is designed to help companies access agile innovation, foster a more entrepreneurial culture, attract talent, and explore both new business models and practical improvements to existing products, services, or processes.  The collaboration model is structured in three phases. First, SCE helps define key innovation topics and select promising startup partners. Second, during the co-creation phase, SCE acts as a neutral facilitator to support the development of concrete pilot projects and application cases. Third, once a proof of concept has been developed, SCE supports scaling activities, for example through business development support or by accompanying further investment and partnership steps. Overall, SCE's co-creation offers are designed to reduce barriers between corporates and startups and turn collaboration into measurable innovation outcomes.
