Service description

This service will help early-stage startups prepare their investment strategy and meet relevant investors. Strata will prepare the necessary documentation (e.g., investment memorandum, pitch deck, one pager), and will organise online pitching sessions for European investors in selected verticals. The service is divided into these steps: 1. Analysis of investment case. 2. Elaboration of documentation. 3. 1:1 meetings with the EIC beneficiaries to validate the stage, verticals, and investment readiness. 4. Organisation of investor e-pitching events between the EIC beneficiaries and selected investors matching the stage, verticals, and ticket size. 5. Debriefing sessions with investors and EIC beneficiaries. Through this service, Strata helps early-stage companies prepare their investment rounds and connect with pre-selected European investors looking for opportunities in the deep-tech, health, environment, and energy sectors.
