A personalised sales coaching service will be defined together with the EIC beneficiary. The service is divided into these steps: 1. Analysis of value proposition and offering. 2. 1:1 meetings with EIC beneficiaries to fine-tune offering and commercial strategy. 3. Organisation of sales meetings with potential customers. 4. Support in sales meetings, negotiations and closing. EIC beneficiaries struggle to efficiently scale their business. A structured approach towards global sales is needed to scale the business while keeping feasible sales metrics (eg. Conversion, CAC, LTV, etc.). STRATA has solid experience supporting international sales processes
