Service description
Ongoing support for business strategy and planning, including support in creating a business plan, finetuning the value proposition, SWOT analysis and defining the market opportunity, stakeholders and value chain analysis, financial forecasting, USPs and innovation uniqueness, defining the business model, exploring the product-market fit, preparation for investor pitching, access to networks of investors, and more. The coaching is offered as hands-on expert business support based on Sue Ellen's team experience, expertise, and skills. It is provided to entrepreneurs and key members of the beneficiaries' teams in one-on-one meetings or small groups (up to 5-6 participants, or more if required). The service comprises, as needed, online and offline workshops/seminars/business meetings. The sessions' structure, length and frequency will be defined together with the beneficiary according to its specific needs and development/growth stage. We recommend a minimum of 20 1.5-hour sessions to achieve relevant results.

Financial requirements

The hourly rate ranges between €180-€280. Depending on the required support scope, pre-defined budget/hourly packages can be agreed upon with the beneficiary.
