Our background spans electronic and computer engineering, with three entrepreneurial exits and deep sector experience in health, medtech, biotech, and environmental technology. So we coach from the inside of every challenge these teams face, not from a framework. We specialize in working with scale-ups and early-stage ventures at the moment that matters most, when the science is proven and the strategic and operational work begins. A key part of that work is investment-readiness, helping founders align their technology roadmap with a coherent business strategy, so that what they are building makes sense not just technically, but commercially.
