EP75S1The HARD Clinic aims to promote an integrated and theoretical-practical service in the form of an intensive development workshop, covering both the strategic sphere and the engineering development/refinement of a hardware product, addressed to startups, corporate/academic spinoffs, and products outside the core-business of established companies. Delivered to manufacturing companies, with a special focus on agritech, mechanical, mechatronics, cleantech, and mobility verticals, as they are trending sectors of the Motor Valley and the Food Valley in which Fondazione REI operates. To this, Fondazione REI will leverage the expertise of its "divisions," Tech-Up Accelerator and Digital Automation Lab (DAL). Fondazione REI will work with the client to identify a need and validate its target market response, refine business and profit models, and the best go-to-market and fundraising strategy. In parallel, the DAL will support in the technical implementation of the product and testing within its pilot line focused on the enabling technologies and solutions for the “factory of the future”, considering both technical knowledge and industrial-relevant instruments (Cobots, automatic vehicles (AGV, AMR), AI-enabled Vision Systems, AI applications, automated warehouse, 2D bin picking and others). Furthermore, Fondazione REI will support in the identification of potential target customers and corporates of the area to validate the solution with, in order to implement a proper technology transfer and development.
Basic support (24 hours coaching): €3000.
Extended support (48 hours coaching): €6000.
The service is particularly fitted for projects related to our areas of specialisation (namely automation and robotics, mechatronics & advanced manufacturing, industrial Iot, automotive; agri-tech, electrification, hydrogen/biogas applications & cleantech, and AI application.
