Embark on a transformative 3-month journey designed to bridge the gap between groundbreaking research and market-ready products. This specialised pre-incubation programme is crafted for deep tech innovators eager to turn their scientific breakthroughs into viable business ventures. 

Throughout the programme, founders will: 

a) Explore potential market applications for their research; 

b) Gain insights into industry challenges and pain points; 

c) Develop a clear vision of their product and its unique value proposition; 

d) Understand the financial landscape and requirements for bringing their innovation to market. 

Our expert-led sessions and workshops will guide participants through: 

a) Market analysis and customer discovery; 

b) Product development and prototyping strategies; 

c) Business model creation; 

d) Team building and leadership skills; 

e) Financial planning and fundraising preparation. 

By the end of the programme, founders will have a solid foundation for their deep tech startup, including a well-defined product concept, a preliminary business plan, and the essential skills to build and lead their initial team. This pre-incubation experience sets the stage for successful entry into full-fledged incubators or accelerators, positioning participants for the next phase of their entrepreneurial journey.

The programme offers flexibility in its implementation, with options for in-person, online, or hybrid modes. While we provide the option for remote participation, we highly recommend attending in person to maximise the benefits and engagement opportunities of the programme. We reserve the right to decide whether the format is offered if less than 3 EIC beneficiaries apply. Participating in this programme requires that the team signs an NDA. The costs cover only participation in the programme. Travel and accommodation costs for in-person participation needs to be covered individually by the participants.
