The programme spans over one month, offering an immersive experience comprising interactive workshops with hands-on exercises, knowledge exchange sessions with experienced founders, personalised coaching, and mentorship. This service is tailored for scientists and researchers eager to explore the market potential of their innovations, understand industry needs, develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) strategy and a go-to-market strategy, and cultivate leadership skills to assemble and lead high-performing teams. The programme offers flexibility in its implementation, with options for in-person, online, or hybrid modes. While we provide the option for remote participation, we highly recommend attending in person to maximise the benefits and engagement opportunities of the programme. Financial requirements

With costs of ​€12500 per team. The cost only includes participation in the programme. Other costs associated with attending the format in person in Vienna need to be covered by the team.
