This three-month program is built for the transition from validated science to validated market. It is grounded in structured customer discovery (dozens of conversations with real potential users and buyers) so that your commercial decisions rest on evidence rather than assumption. The same rigour you apply in the lab, applied to the market.

Over four months you'll move through four connected stages:

• Customer discovery: identifying who has the problem your technology solves, and testing that hypothesis through direct conversations rather than desk research.
• Understanding industry needs: learning how your target sector actually works: what problems it prioritises, what performance thresholds matter, how buying decisions get made, and where your technology fits into the way the industry already operates.
• Product roadmap: translating validated needs into a staged development plan, with a clearly scoped first release and a credible path beyond it.
• Team alignment: building shared direction within your team, so that everyone is working from the same understanding of the customer, the roadmap, and the priorities that follow from both.

The format combines interactive workshops with hands-on exercises, one-to-one coaching, mentorship, and candid knowledge-exchange sessions with founders who have made this transition themselves. Coaches and instructors are drawn from both our in-house team and a curated external network, deliberately mixed so you get more than one commercialisation playbook.
