Bespoke investment readiness programme that helps early-stage startups achieve sustainable bottomline results while supporting them become investment ready. The service is directed to EIC Transition and Accelerator beneficiaries and supports founders in developing their own strategic approach to raising capital. The programme is structured in three main phases: 1) Investment readiness assessment: based on Unknown Group's own methodology and needs and gaps analysis, this initial assessment informs the planning and scoping of the programme to match the actual needs of the startup. 2) Cohort programme: during 6 weeks span, startups are involved in group activity (cohort) to touch upon the key investment readiness topics. The cohort programme is organised around 6 online workshops designed to provide founders (2 per startup) with the essential knowledge and skills to make their venture investors-ready. 3) Tailor-made support: along with the cohort activities, startups have access to Unknown Group’s pool of mentors and industry experts to focus on the development of a tailored investment strategy based on the assessment conducted under Phase A. Over the course of 6 weeks, startups benefit from a weekly 1-hour session of tailored mentoring to help ventures strategize and resolve the gaps. Services can be provided in sprints of 8 weeks according to the needs of the startup. Fully online or hybrid implementation is possible according to specific needs of the ventures.
€6000 per EIC beneficiary.
