US Back Office Services
Provided by US Expansion Partners, Inc. · United States
Service description
US Back Office Services provides the full operational and financial infrastructure required to run a US entity, delivered on an ongoing basis by USXP's in-house operations team. It is a continuous, monthly engagement that scales with the beneficiary's headcount and transaction volume. The service is directed at EIC Accelerator and EIC Transition awardees and Seal of Excellence holders that have established a US subsidiary and need reliable back-office operations without building an internal finance and administration function; it is sector-agnostic across deep-tech fields, and the main end users are founders, finance leads and leadership teams. Its goal is to ensure the US entity meets its financial-reporting and compliance obligations accurately and on time, so leadership can stay focused on capturing market share and driving revenue. The service covers accounting operations, US GAAP financial reporting, federal and multi-state compliance, payroll processing, and employee-benefits administration. These functions are handled by USXP's in-house operators, while specialised tax and regulatory matters — such as transfer pricing, US tax returns and sales-tax filings — are delivered through vetted outsourced partners coordinated by the team. Activities include monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations, preparation of GAAP financial statements, payroll runs, benefits administration, and ongoing monitoring of state and federal filing requirements. Each reporting cycle, the beneficiary receives accurate financial statements and maintains full compliance across the jurisdictions in which it operates. Delivery is remote, in English, with pricing based on employee count and monthly transaction volume.
Enrolment in US Launch Services is a prerequisite for this service. Beneficiaries that have taken only partial steps toward US establishment (such as a US C-corporation or bank account) remain eligible for US Launch Services and can then proceed to Back Office Services; those already operating a fully functioning US subsidiary — with payroll, accounting and banking in place — are unlikely to require this service, and an initial scoping call confirms suitability. The service is available year-round on a rolling basis, as either a 12-month service agreement or on a month-to-month basis. EIC awardees and Seal of Excellence holders are offered a complimentary one-hour consultation led directly by USXP's founder and CEO, David Rose, covering any aspect of US market entry for European venture-backed technology companies and sharing practical best practices; the session is advisory rather than a sales discussion and is available exclusively to EIC beneficiaries. Eligible beneficiaries may also access EIC ACCESS+ co-funding of up to 50% of the service cost. Delivery is subject to the availability of USXP operators. Beneficiaries are asked to provide feedback through a quality survey.
