US Launch Services
Provided by US Expansion Partners, Inc. · United StatesService description
US Launch Services is a managed service that establishes a fully operational US subsidiary for European deep-tech companies, executed end to end by USXP's in-house team of experienced operators. It runs over approximately 60 days, following a structured 64-step launch process. The service is directed at EIC Accelerator and EIC Transition awardees and Seal of Excellence holders preparing to enter the US market, and is sector-agnostic across deep-tech fields such as health, climate, AI and ICT; the main end users are founders and leadership teams. Its goal is to give beneficiaries the fastest path to US revenue by delivering an entity ready to hire employees, pay vendors and invoice customers. The engagement moves through three phases: scoping and structuring, in which operators assess objectives and define the entity structure; entity formation, covering Delaware C-corporation incorporation, tax identification and banking; and operational readiness, covering payroll, employee benefits, accounting setup, multi-state and sales-tax registration, and immigration or visa support where required. Project management and operations are handled in-house by USXP operators, while specialised legal, tax and immigration functions are delivered through vetted outsourced partners coordinated by the team. By the end of the service, the beneficiary has a fully established US subsidiary able to employ staff, transact with vendors and generate revenue. Delivery is remote, in English, through a dedicated operator supported by USXP's standardised launch playbook.
This service is available year-round on a rolling basis and is offered as either a 12-month service agreement or on a month-to-month basis. EIC awardees and Seal of Excellence holders are offered a complimentary one-hour consultation led directly by USXP's founder and CEO, David Rose, covering any aspect of US market entry for European venture-backed technology companies and sharing practical best practices; the session is advisory rather than a sales discussion and is available exclusively to EIC beneficiaries. Eligible beneficiaries may also access EIC ACCESS+ co-funding of up to 50% of the service cost. An initial scoping call is required to confirm objectives and fit before onboarding. Beneficiaries that have already taken partial steps toward US establishment — for example, forming a US C-corporation or opening a US bank account — remain eligible, as the service adapts to complete the remaining setup. Delivery is subject to the availability of USXP operators. Beneficiaries are asked to provide feedback through a quality survey on completion.
